- 12 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 cups self-rising flour
- 14 cup flaked coconut, small flakes
- 2 tablespoons milk
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

2Beat in eggs one at a time, adding a little flour with the second.

3Fold in remaining flour, coconut, and milk.

4Turn into a greased and floured loaf tin.

5Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes.
