  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 3 lg. eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 t. salt

Directions

    1) Preheat oven to 375. Pour the melted butter into 12 muffin tins.

    2) Beat together the eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Add the flour and salt, whisk until reasonably well blended. Lumps = OK.

    3) Divide equally among muffin cups and bake 30 minutes.

    4) Remove popovers from tin immediately, using a fork to poke them.
