- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 t. salt

11) Preheat oven to 375. Pour the melted butter into 12 muffin tins.

22) Beat together the eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Add the flour and salt, whisk until reasonably well blended. Lumps = OK.

33) Divide equally among muffin cups and bake 30 minutes.

44) Remove popovers from tin immediately, using a fork to poke them.
