  • 34 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 34 lb lobster
  • 34 lb orange roughy
  • 34 lb bay scallop
  • 34 lb halibut
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 14 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 3 habanero peppers, diced
  • 3 red onions, diced
  • 12 lemons, juiced
  • 12 limes, juiced

    prepare all ingredients in a stainless mixing bowl.

    cover with the lemon & lime juice and marinade overnight or up to 24 hours.

    Serve in a large margarita or martini glass with avocado slices & cilantro sprigs for garnish.
