- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 clove Grated garlic
- 1/2 thumbtip sized piece Grated ginger
- 2 tsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 Ichimi
- 1 dash Tianmianjiang
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Onions, green onions
- 1 White sesame seeds
Directions

1Mix together the seasoning ingredients.

2Cut the tuna into thin, bite-sized pieces, then mix together with the seasoning from Step 1.

3Top with green onions and egg yolk.

4Garnish with sesame seeds.
