- 2 12 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup dark cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 1 34 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 14 cups milk
- 34 cup vegetable oil
- 2 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F

2Grease and flour large round baking pan.

3In large bowl, mix in the brown sugar, dark baking cocoa, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

4Add eggs, oil, vanilla and milk; mix at medium speed for 1-2 minutes.

5Stir in boiling water by hand.

6Pour into prepared pan.

7Bake 30-40 minutes until wooden pick inserted comes out clean.

8Cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan to wire racks.
