  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese (3 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla and chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and form dough.

    Press into bottom of lasagna dish.

    Bake at 375°

    for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden.

    Mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip and confectioners sugar and spread on cooled crust.

    Mix pudding and milk together and pour over.

    Top with Cool Whip spreading evenly.

    Refrigerate until served.
