- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 3 3/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook rice, water and salt for 20 minutes.

2Saute onions in margarine.

3Combine all ingredients and place in greased 9 x 12-inch pan.

4Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
