- 1 1/4 c. quick oats (uncooked)
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 c. raspberry jam or preserves
- 3/4 c. white chocolate chips, divided
- 1/4 c. toasted chopped almonds
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.

3Stir in margarine until mixture is crumbly.

4Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture; set aside. Press remaining crumbs onto bottom of an 8-inch square pan.

5Bake 10 minutes.

6Spread raspberry fruit evenly over baked crust to within 1/4-inch of edges.

7Sprinkle with 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.

8Combine reserved crumb mixture with remaining 1/4 cup white chocolate chips and almonds.

9Spread fruit mixture, pressing lightly into fruit.

10Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack and cut into squares and serve. Makes 16 servings.
