Yummy Beer Bread

- 3 cups Self-rising Flour (*not* Regular All-purpose Flour)
- 1 can Beer (12 Ounces)
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 sticks Butter, Melted
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients together with a mixer and pour into a loaf pan which has been sprayed with nonstick spray and floured.

2Bake bread at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

3Take the bread out of the oven and pour melted butter on top. Be sure to pull the bread back from the sides of the pan and let it run down the sides as well.

4Return the bread to the oven and bake an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.

5Freezes well. I almost always make a double batch and freeze a loaf in a Ziploc bag.
