- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 bottle Major Grey's chutney
- 1 pkg. green onion tops, chopped
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled, or 2 cans bacon bits
Directions

1Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese until blended. Add sherry and curry powder. Mix until soft. Spread on dish. Pour on chutney and spread over top of cheese. Layer on onion tops, then bacon bits. Serve with Wheat Thins.
