Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 13 cup onion, minced (about 1/4-1/3 of a whole onion)
  • 1 12 cups rice

Directions

    Blend 1 cup of the water with garlic, onions, cilantro, and green chiles in blender.

    Add to rice, salt, pepper and remaining 2 cups water in small skillet type pan.

    Bring to boil and simmer for 25-35 minutes.
