- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. beef broth
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- chopped parsley (optional)
Directions

1Cook corn in beef broth for 10 minutes on medium heat.

2Add milk, salt, sugar, onion and tapioca.

3Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

4Add butter.

5Garnish with parsley.

6Serve immediately.
