  • 1 bag of frozen corn, thawed.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

    In a skillet combine corn, heavy cream, salt, pepper, butter and sugar.

    Cook on medium until mixture is warm.

    In a bowl combine milk and flour.

    Pour into the corn mixture.

    Cook over medium heat until thickened.

    Add parmesean cheese on the top and serve warm.
