  • 3/4 cups Powdered Sugar, Divided
  • 1/2 cups Butter
  • 1/2 cups Pecans, Chopped
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 13 ounces, weight Cool Whip, Divided
  • 2-1/2 cups Milk
  • 2 packages (small 3.5 Oz. Size) Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix

    Crust:

    Combine 1/4 cup powdered sugar, butter, nuts, and flour. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes. Let cool completely.

    Cream Cheese Layer:

    Combine softened cream cheese, remaining powdered sugar, and half of the Cool Whip. Beat until smooth. Spread on cooled crust.

    Mix chocolate pudding mix with milk and whip until thickened. Spread on the cream cheese layer.
