  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 12 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 cup margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions

    Mix all cake ingredients together with a wooden spoon until well blended.

    Pour into a prepared jelly roll pan.

    Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes or until tests done with a toothpick.

    Prepare topping by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.

    Frost the cake and spread over the cake.
