- 8 medium potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese or Colby cheese
- bay leaves
Directions

1Boil potatoes in their skins in salted water with a couple of bay leaves.

2Let cool.

3Peel and shred in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Cover with sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted margarine, chopped onion, salt and pepper.

5Add Cheddar cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
