  • 6 cups Caramel Corn (store Bought Or Homemade)
  • 4 ounces, weight White Chocolate, Melted
  • 4 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate, Melted

Directions

    Spread caramel corn in a single layer on a large sheet pan.

    In a microwave safe bowl, gently melt the white chocolate (heat it for 30 seconds at a time and stir between each additional 30 second increment).

    Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn.

    In another microwave safe bowl, gently melt the dark chocolate as instructed above.

    Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn.

    Allow the melted chocolate to set before serving.

    Have plenty of napkins on hand!
