  • 1 c. cracklings, ground up
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sauerkraut, partially drained
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. caraway seeds

Directions

    Snip the sauerkraut with kitchen shears.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well; chill.

    Roll out a bit thicker than for pie crust.

    Cut into 2-inch squares and bake on ungreased pan at 350° until brown and crisp.
