- 1 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 2 1/2 x 1/4-inch strips
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Cook carrot strips covered in small amount of water, boiling for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain.

2Put into shallow casserole.

3Mix the mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, onion, salt and pepper and spread on carrots.

4Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over mayonnaise mix.

5Bake 15 minutes at 375°. Yields 6 servings.
