  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 oz. sour cream

    Steam until very soft.

    Mash with potato masher or use electric mixer on low speed.

    Add margarine and spices.

    Gradually add in sour cream until creamy (usually about 4 ounces).
