- 6 (8 ounce) boxes button mushrooms, sliced (or quartered, or your choice of type)
- 2 (5/8 ounce) packages Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix (I use the Zesty type)
- 1 cup butter (do not use margarine)
Directions

1In large fry pan melt butter over medium heat add mushrooms and simmer until mushrooms are tender. Add packages of Zesty Italian Seasoning and let simmer until some of the moisture from the mushrooms has evaporated. Serve warm as desired!
