  • 6 rib chops (3/4-inch thick)
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1/2 c. hickory-flavored catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large tart apple, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/3 c. water

    Combine sauce ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup

    Simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.
