- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. hickory-flavored catsup
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large tart apple, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Brown chops in oil.

2Combine sauce ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup
