Zesty Ranch Potatoes

Directions

   Peel and boil potatoes

   While potatoes are boiling mix ranch dressing, milk, and mayonnaise together.

   Let it chill in the fridge

   When potatoes are done drain and mix to desired consistency (smooth or lumpy)

   Take your ranch mixture and add the sour cream, bacon bits, cheese, and green onions to it.

   Mix well.

   ( I save some cheese, bacon, and onion for the top or just add extra)

   Slowly mix ranch mixture into potatoes.

   Place in casserole dish.

    Sprinkle top with cheese, bacon bits, and green onions.

    Bake at 350 until cheese melts.
