- 12 oz. spaghetti
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- garlic salt to taste
- basil to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti; drain.

2Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.

3Chop well with knife and fork.

4Form into crust in 2 buttered 10-inch pie tins or 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Cool.

6Cook ground chuck and onion (drain off fat).

7Stir in tomato sauce, paste, sugar, water and seasonings.

8Heat through.
