Ingredients

  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. hot sausage or 1 lb. hamburger, or, 1/2 each
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Directions

    Mix biscuit mix with milk and 2 tbsp.
  2. 2
    mayonnaise. Spread on well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Saute meat and onions, drain. Spread meat onto biscuit mixture. Beat together, egg and remaining 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, cheese and peppers. Spread mixture on top of meat layer. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot.
