  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 bunch broccoli, cut in flowerets
  • 1/2 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
  • 1 zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 bunch asparagus, cut in 2-inch pieces (optional)
  • 2 c. whole fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c. low-calorie Italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions
