  • 1 tsp. instant minced onion, softened in 1 Tbsp. dry sherry or water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives

    Soften onion in sherry or water.

    Add to cream cheese and mayonnaise.

    Mix well.

    Chop finely the smoked beef and olives. Add to cream cheese mixture.

    Form into ball or log. Chill.
