  • 3 lb. boneless chuck roast
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 3 large onions
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

Directions

    Cut meat and vegetables and layer in ovenproof pan.

    Mix mushroom soup, onion soup mix and water together.

    Spread over meat and vegetables.

    Bake at 350° for about 3 hours.

    Stir after 2 hours.
