  • 3 lb. boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 3 c. vegetable oil

    Cut chicken into 3

    x 1-inch strips and place in a shallow dish. Combine the next 3 ingredients.

    Pour over chicken.

    Cover dish and marinate 30 minutes. Combine flour, pepper, salt and paprika.

    Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture.

    Fry in hot oil (375°) until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
