- 1/4 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
- 5 hard-cooked eggs
- 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. nonfat sour cream
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- paprika (optional)
- fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
Directions

1Place cottage cheese in container of an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth.

2Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks.

3Mash 2 yolks.

4Reserve remaining yolks for another use.

5Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients. Pipe into egg whites.

6If desired, garnish with paprika and parsley. Yields 10 servings.
