- 3 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fresh or dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
- dash of black pepper
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Mix all together.

2Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

4Cut into 1-inch squares and serve warm as hors d'oeuvres.
