- 4 Cup Peeled Zucchini Cut into Chunks
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar - Apple Cider
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Allspice
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 Cup Red Hot Candies
Directions

1Cook Zucchini in small amount of water.

2When soft, put through a blender.

3Add sugar, vinegar, spices, and lemon juice to zucchini.

4Put in a heavy saucepan and bring to boil on low heat until thicken.

5Add Hot Candies until melted.

6continue cooking until thickened, stirring constantly.

7Put into hot jar and seal.
