Zucchini Apps

Ingredients

• 4 small unpeeled zucchini (3 cups thinly sliced)
• 1 cup original bisquick mix
• 1/2 c finely chopped onion
• 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
• 2 tbs fresh chopped parsley
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 12 tsp seasoned salt
• 1/2 tsb dried marjoram or oregano leaves
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1 garlic clove finely chopped
• 1/2 c veg oil
• 4 eggs slightly beaten
