- 5 c. flour
- 1/4 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 or 4 zucchini
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Wash and cut the ends off the zucchini.

2Grate the zucchini in a large bowl.

3Then sprinkle the salt onto the zucchini.

4Let it sit for 30 minutes.

5When the time is up, squeeze the zucchini and the salt together.

6Mix the yeast and tepid water in a different bowl and add flour.

7Mix in the zucchini mixture and let the batter rise in a warm place.

8After dough has risen, fold in the chopped nuts and pour the egg yolk on top of the dough.

9Bake in 425° oven for 40 or 45 minutes.
