- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 C oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C onion, chopped fine
- 3 C thin slice zucchini
Directions

1Mix ingredients in order listed. Mixture will lightly coat zucchini. Spread in 9 x 9 pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
