- 1 c. sunflower seeds, blended
- 1 c. cashews, blended
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 c. oatmeal
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and form into burger size.

2Bake 15 minutes on each side or until brown at 350°.
