  • 2 zucchini, grated
  • 1/4 slab tofu, crumbled
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds, blended
  • 1 c. cashews, blended
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 c. oatmeal

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and form into burger size.

    Bake 15 minutes on each side or until brown at 350°.

    Good for picnics or to work.
