  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. raisins

    Beat eggs until light yellow.

    Add the next 3 ingredients together.

    Sift dry ingredients together and add to first ingredients.

    Blend well.

    Add nuts and raisins.

    Bake in well-greased tube pan for 1 1/2 hours or in 9 x 13-inch oblong pan for 1 hour at 350°.
