- 1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- chopped celery and onion if desired
- 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Parboil sausage 10 minutes.

2Add zucchini until heated through. Pour 1/2 cup sauce into casserole dish; add drained sausage and zucchini.

3Add balance of sauce on top.

4Bake at 350° until zucchini is tender.

5Add Mozzarella cheese if desired.

6Return to oven an additional 5 minutes.

7Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
