- 4 medium vidalia onions, whole
- 4 beef bouillon cubes

1Peel onions leave whole.

2Cut a core in the center of the onion just large enough to fit a boullion cube.

3Place onions in a tin foil pan with cored end up.

4Place boullion cube in each onion.

5Fill pan with water about half way up on onions.

6Cover with foil.

7Place on grill for 30-45 minutes depending on how soft you like onions.

8Can be cooked in regular oven at 350.
