- 3 c. zucchini
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 small onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Cut zucchini into small chunks; cook until barely tender, then drain.

2Crush stuffing cubes; mix with butter and seasoning.

3Mix the rest of the ingredients with 1/2 stuffing mixture.

4Pour into casserole; top with the balance of dressing.

5Bake for 20 minutes, or until brown, in a 350° oven.
