- 3 or 4 c. sliced zucchini
- 2 c. seasoned dressing bread
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cook zucchini in salted boiling water until tender.

2Saute carrots and onions in 4 tablespoons margarine.

3Mix 1 1/2 cups dressing bread, soup, sauteed carrots and onions and sour cream together; fold in drained zucchini.

4Use remaining 1/2 cup dressing bread for topping.

5Bake in moderate oven until heated through.
