- 3 to 4 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves
- 1/2 bay leaf
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Place zucchini slices in bottom of 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole. Combine all other ingredients, except cheese; mix and pour over zucchini.

2Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

3Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
