- 4 c. zucchini, cut in bite-size pieces
- 2 small carrots, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. melted butter or oleo
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 small sour cream (8 oz.)
Directions

1Cook zucchini in water approximately 5 minutes.

2Use 1/2 to 3/4 stuffing mix with all ingredients.

3Pour in pan.

4Top with rest of stuffing mix.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
