- 6 small to medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 c. grated cheese (more if needed)
- 2 to 3 sliced tomatoes
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- garlic salt to taste
- salt to taste
Directions

1Saute zucchini until halfway cooked; season to taste.

2Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Saute onion until soft and transparent; season to taste.

4Layer on top of zucchini.

5Add sliced tomatoes.

6Top with grated cheese.

7Melt margarine and mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Eat immediately.
