- 10 to 12 medium zucchini, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 4 to 5 tomatoes, cut in half and sliced
- salt
- pepper
- 1 block grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute zucchini, onion, oregano, Italian seasoning, basil leaves, garlic, salt and pepper until zucchini is tender.

2In a large greased casserole dish, layer zucchini, tomatoes and cheese, making as many layers as you can, ending with cheese.

3Bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
