  • 1 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • pastry for 8-inch pie shell

    Mix sugar and flour.

    Beat in eggs, milk, vanilla and butter thoroughly.

    Fold in nuts and pour into pie shell.

    Bake for 40 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 375°.

    Serve warm, either plain or with whipped cream.
