- 1-1/2 lb. zucchini
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup olive
- salad oil
- 2 md. tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Wash zucchini and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.

2In medium bowl combine flour, 1/2 tsp.

3salt, 1/2 tsp.

4oregano and 1/8 tsp.

5pepper.

6Toss slices in seasoned flour and coat well.

7Heat oil in skillet and saute zucchini until golden brown - about four minutes each side.

8Drain.

9Cover the bottom of the baking dish with zucchini and top with tomato slices.

10Combine sour cream with remaining salt, oregano and pepper.

11Spread evenly over tomato slices.

12Sprinkle with cheese.

13Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is melted.
