- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 lb. zucchini, coarsely grated
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs, unbeaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. potato chips, coarsely crushed
- paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.
