Zucchini Chocolate Cake

  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sour milk
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • flour (enough for cake-like)
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. zucchini, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. chocolate chips
  • nuts, optional

Directions

    Cream together oleo, oil and sugar.

    Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.

    Mix well.

    Stir in dry ingredients.

    Beat well.

    Stir in zucchini.

    Turn into greased 9 x 13 pan.

    Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top.

    Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
