  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. self-rising cornmeal or 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 3/4 c. grated zucchini
  • 1 small container cottage cheese

Directions
